Located in the charming village of Hartfield, Stairs farm offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Stairs Farm is a quiet* Certificated Camping and Caravanning Club 5 van site and is for Camping & Caravan Club members, situated on a level, elevated site with lovely views, a short walk from Hartfield village with its historical High St buildings and St. Mary the Virgin Church.

Just off the High St is a sports field with children’s play area, cricket pitch and tennis courts. There is currently one pub within walking distance, the Gallipot. It serves local beers and bar/ restaurant food. A short drive takes you to the Hatch Inn (Colemans Hatch) and the Dorset Arms (Withyham).

The village shop in the High St has a wide range of goods, and there is also an award winning butchers at the end of the villiage which also sells a wide range of fresh produce.

The nearest petrol station, supermarket, take-aways, chemist and Post Office are at Forest Row, 3 miles distance and there is a local doctors surgery at the end of the village High St.

Crowborough offers Waitrose, Lidl etc. plus swimming pool (Goldsmiths Leisure Centre). Tunbridge Wells has all the large stores - Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys, etc.

The site has hard standings, electric hook-ups, drinking water tap, a CDP, dry waste bin, toilet plus combined toilet and shower (the latter suitable for wheelchair and disabled users).

As the site is usually unmanned, we ask that Guests keep the facilities clean and tidy and left in a manner you would expect to find them. There is a children’s playground on the Village playing field opposite the Anchor Inn.

PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER ARE ANY GUESTS TO ENTER THE GATED YARD WHERE THE ENTRANCES TO THE BARNS ARE.

Strictly no Fires at any time. Barbecues must be kept off the ground or grass.

Meets/rallies welcome in field adjacent.
